We’re so excited to get your order on its way! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your items.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 5-7 days (excluding holidays).
- During sales, product launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of your order.
- Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, shipping speed is determined by the carrier.
- Revive It Decor is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Rethunk Junk by Laura Product Shipping
Due to weight and shipping regulations:
- Paint and specialty finish products may ship separately from boutique items.
- Paint products may ship via ground services only.
- Orders containing multiple product types may arrive in separate packages.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once tracking shows a package as Delivered, Revive It Decor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:
- Please check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local post office or UPS facility
- File a claim directly with the carrier
We are happy to assist you in locating tracking information but are not liable for replacement or refund of delivered packages.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you need to make a change to a shipping address and the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address if contacted promptly. Email sbc@reviveitdecor.com.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or service interruptions are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact sbc@reviveitdecor.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
