We truly want you to love what you order from Revive It Decor. Because we are a small business, we’ve created the following policy to keep things fair, clear, and protective for everyone.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Rethunk Junk by Laura Products

Revive It Decor is an authorized retailer of Rethunk Junk products. Due to the nature of paint and specialty finishes, additional policies apply.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted on unopened paint products only within 14 days of purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Products must be in original condition.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
  • All return requests must be submitted to sbc@reviveitdecor.com for approval before shipping.

Product Use Disclaimer (Please Read Carefully)

Rethunk Junk by Laura is a hand-applied decorative finish used in uncontrolled environments. Final results vary based on surface preparation, technique, climate conditions, and individual application methods.

We strongly recommend:

  • Testing on a small, inconspicuous area before beginning your full project
  • Following all product instructions carefully

By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Use of this product is at your own risk.
  • Revive It Decor is not responsible for project outcomes.
  • We are not liable for labor costs, damage to furniture or surfaces, devaluation of items, spills, leaks, misuse, improper preparation, or dissatisfaction with final results.
  • Variations in finish, coverage, and appearance are inherent to decorative coatings and are not considered defects.
  • No warranty, express or implied, is provided regarding finished project results.

Color Accuracy

We cannot guarantee exact color representation on monitors, mobile devices, or printed materials. Variations due to screen settings, lighting, and batch differences may occur and are not grounds for return.

Clothing & Jewelry Returns

We accept returns on eligible clothing and jewelry items (excluding earrings) within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached (if applicable)
  • Items must be free of odor, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any item marked Final Sale

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To request a return, email sbc@reviveitdecor.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email sbc@reviveitdecor.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied. Damage and error claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once submitted.

If you need assistance, contact sbc@reviveitdecor.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate requests prior to fulfillment.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

Right to Refuse Returns- Revive It Decor reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused during shipping.
